Help with Logging In
Where do you want to go?
AWAI's websites stretch far and wide. There are lots of places where you might want to login, but the same username and password aren't going to work for all of them. Here's why:
- If you're logging into a myAWAI area, you'll need to use your myAWAI account. When you're logging in, if it doesn't say myAWAI, it isn't myAWAI and that username and password won't work.
- If you're logging into the forums, you'll want to use your own custom username (you don't want your email address all over the internet right?)
- If you're logging into the eBookstore, you won't have an account there unless you personally created one during a previous registration or checkout. Accounts in the eBookstore are available so you can save your shopping cart and check your past order history. You never need to login to the eBookstore just to shop around.
OK, that was easy enough, right? Now you know where you want to login, so let's make sure you have the right username and password:
myAWAI
If you're logging into myAWAI and need to know the password that goes with your email address, just click here, enter your email address in the box, and click on the button to submit it.
eBookstore
Did you create an account in the eBookstore to save your shopping cart, but can't remember the username and password you used? Not to worry Just enter your email address on this page and you'll have everything you need in no time.
Member Forums
Looking to post in the member forums but can't remember the username or password? Again, there is a one-step form on this page where you can submit your email and get the login right away.
If you're sure you have the right password now and you still can't login, please keep in mind that your password may be case sensitive, so a lower case letter 'a' is not the same as an upper-case letter 'A', and one may work while the other does not.
If none of this solves things for you please contact us, detailing your problem, and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
