Professional Background:

I was a litigation paralegal for a plaintiffs' firm for more than 10 years. As such I have researched legal and factual issues and have written four appellate briefs and and numerous motions, memoranda of law and statements of fact for submission to various courts. One one case, the presiding judge complimented me from the bench on the organization and presentation of both the facts and the legal arguments presented.
