Cut Your Learning Time in Half
With Mini-Reviews
Last week, I told you how you absolutely need to have feedback on your writing… no matter how experienced you are.
It makes your writing better, period.
The best way to do this is through Michael Masterson’s mini-review process.
Here’s what you’ve got to do:
- Find a group of like-minded people.
- Write one lead per day and send it out to the group for review.
- The group should review it and send back their feedback.
- Figure out how to improve your lead if the majority of the group felt it wasn’t strong.
Do this routine on a daily basis. If you do, your writing will improve twice as fast.
For more on the mini- review process, check out Michael Masterson and Mike Palmer’s upcoming book, Copy Logic! The New Science
of Producing Breakthrough Copy (Without Criticism).
You’ll get a blueprint of how today’s biggest direct mailers are producing control-beating copy and training their in-house writers to become ‘expert’ copywriters in a fraction of the time it normally takes.

“While no job anywhere is secure these days, Michigan, where I live, has been particularly hard-hit. My copywriting income has definitely increased our peace of mind in a very uncertain economy.”
Hi...
Great idea for improving writing skills.
Could anyone recommend a website where I could find other writers that would want to do the same thing?
Thank you.
Have a good day.
