Quick Tip:
How to Be On Time … Everywhere!

I have a confession. Though I took math in college all the way to calculus … and though my teaching credential was in math and science … and though I tutor adults and children in math …

When it comes to figuring out what time it is in another time zone, I am lost. Add a third time zone and ask me to set up a conference call between all three of them, and I’m hopelessly lost.

Fortunately, there’s a free, outstanding resource for folks like me: www.timeanddate.com.

This handy website allows you to convert time from one time zone to another around the world, even if one follows daylight savings time and the other does not.

It also allows you to determine the best time to have a conference call between as many as four time zones. Click the button, and you’re presented with a four-column display that lets you figure out how to get everybody talking without having half the people calling in the middle of the night.

www.timeanddate.com is not only a valuable business tool, it’s also a great way to keep family and friends smiling when you call them when you said you would … and not four hours earlier.
